About Us

Being a leader came before developing leadership skills. All my life I’ve felt drawn to stepping up in a group! It wasn’t until much later in life that I decided to consciously develop my leadership skills because it was important to me. What’s important to you about being a better leader?

Now, I get to work with leaders of all levels who want to lead themselves first and grow stronger teams. We work together to identify where you and/or your team are now, and where you want to be in the future. Then, we cross the gap.

The methods we use to help us include one-on-one coaching, team building sessions, group coaching, assessment tools, practice exercises, and more. As a result of our work together, you’ll be a better leader, better communicator, better at reaching meaningful goals, and have more influence with the people you serve.

I do this work because I believe that when we get to know ourselves and each other better, we can do what matters most and create lives we love.
